- Training and Certification
SpeeDee recommends that owners hire ASE certified technicians for tune-ups and other mechanical work and repair services. In fact, most SpeeDee locations employ at least one ASE certified technician. ASE represents the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence and it’s mission is to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through the testing and certification of repair and service professionals. ASE is an industry leader in certifying the knowledge and skill level of technicians. SpeeDee also has its own advanced lubrication training programs to further assure the quality of the technicians and their workmanship.
- Multi-point Courtesy Check and Service Review
At SpeeDee Oil Change & Tune-Up, we’ll give you a multi-point courtesy check and a service presentation every time you bring your vehicle in for a 17 Point Oil Change. We’ll review the manufacturer’s service recommendations, the services we performed, what we checked, and what may need attention down the road. With the right information, you’ll be able to make informed decisions in order to protect your investment.
- Free Top-off Service
To help ensure the proper operation of your vehicle, SpeeDee offers a free top-off service for the 3 months or 3,000 miles following a SpeeDee oil change or tune-up service. During this time we will check and top-off your engine oil and other essential fluids (up to 1/2 pint and excluding brake fluid), including transmission and differential fluids, plus check tire air pressure and clean the front and rear windows.
- Maintenance Records
If you’re not sure which services you require or which services you’ve already completed – don’t worry, SpeeDee can help. We keep a computer record of each maintenance service performed on your vehicle at SpeeDee. Also, SpeeDee can quickly access the data catalog of recommended service schedules for most foreign and domestic automotive manufacturers including Ford, GM, Chrysler, BMW, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Volkswagon, and more. Stop by SpeeDee and we can print out your SpeeDee maintenance history or your manufacturer’s recommended service schedule.
